1. Who we are

This policy explains how First Jet Airways Inc. ("First Jet," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit firstjetair.org (the "Site"), join our email list or community, or start or make an investment in our Regulation Crowdfunding or Regulation A+ offerings.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us:

Your name and email address, when you join our email list
Your name, email address, intended investment amount, and consents, when you start an investment on our Invest page
Your Discord username or ID, if you join our community
Volunteer application details, such as your skills, background, and contact information
Anything else you send us through forms or surveys

Information collected automatically:

IP address, browser type, and device information
Usage data, such as pages visited, time on the Site, and referral source, through analytics tools
Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6)

Information from partners:

If you pay through Card2Crypto, Card2Crypto and the payment provider you choose (for example Stripe, PayPal, Robinhood or Coinbase) collect your payment details under their own privacy policies, and Card2Crypto tells us when your payment is complete.
Our email provider tells us whether transactional emails, such as your payment link, were delivered.

3. How we use your information

To send your payment link, reminders about an unfinished investment, and confirmations
To process payments with Card2Crypto and the payment provider you choose
To send news and updates, including investment opportunities, if you've signed up
To run our Discord community and keep it safe
To review volunteer applications
To improve the Site and our communications
To meet our obligations under securities, tax, and other laws
To communicate with you about your membership or ownership stake if you become an investor-member

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, analytics, Brevo (email list), Resend (transactional email), and Discord
With Card2Crypto and your chosen payment provider, to process your payment
With regulators, such as the SEC, or legal authorities where the law requires it
With professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, as needed
As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including the legal, accounting, and regulatory record-keeping that applies to investments and memberships. If you start an investment but don't complete it, we keep your details so you can finish later, and delete them after a reasonable period.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, including which pages they visit, how long they stay, and how they found us.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain communications.

Email opt-out: you can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the link in any marketing email. Transactional emails about an investment you started are not affected.

8. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Payment and identity details are entered with our payment partner at checkout, not on this Site.

10. Investment-specific disclosures

Investment-related personal and financial information is subject to additional handling requirements under securities law. See Card2Crypto's and your payment provider's privacy policies and the offering documents for details specific to your investment.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
