1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of firstjetair.org (the "Site"), operated by First Jet Airways Inc. ("First Jet," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who we are

First Jet is a cooperative venture in formation, organized by the "Let's Build An Airline" movement. We're working to build a new airline governed on a proposed one-member-one-vote basis, regardless of investment size.

3. Our securities offering

Investments in First Jet are offered only through the offering documents filed with, or qualified by, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (for example, a Form C for Regulation Crowdfunding or an offering circular for Regulation A+). The Site summarizes the opportunity; it does not replace those documents, and you should read them before investing. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.

4. Starting an investment on the Site

When you start an investment on our Invest page, you give us your name, email address, and the amount you intend to invest. We then take you to secure checkout and also email you a link to complete your payment later if you need it.

• Your investment is not complete, and nothing is charged, until you finish checkout, including identity verification, signing your investment agreement, and payment.
• Each payment link is unique to your investment. Please don't share it.
• Your rights as an investor, including any right to cancel, are set out in the offering documents and your investment agreement.
• Investor travel perk: completed investments of $500 or more come with a free year of travel on First Jet, starting when commercial flights begin. The perk's full terms will be set out in the offering documents, and it applies only if First Jet begins commercial operations.

5. Eligibility and investment limits

Investing is subject to eligibility rules under federal securities law, including annual investment limits for non-accredited investors and verification for accredited investors. These rules are applied under the offering documents and our funding portal partner's process, not by this Site.

6. No guarantee of launch or returns

Building and launching an airline involves major regulatory (FAA, DOT), financial, and operational hurdles. There is no guarantee that First Jet will begin commercial operations, become profitable, or return any money to investors. Early-stage and cooperative ventures are high risk, and you could lose your entire investment.

7. Emails

If you join our email list, you agree to receive updates about First Jet and its investment opportunities, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you start an investment, we'll also send transactional emails about it, such as your payment link and confirmation, whatever your marketing preferences. Investment-related communications may be retained as securities law requires.

8. Community guidelines

Our Discord and social channels are covered by each platform's own terms and by our guidelines: be respectful; no harassment, hate speech, or spam; no soliciting investments outside official channels; and no impersonating team members. We may remove content or restrict access when these guidelines are broken.

9. Intellectual property

The First Jet name, logo, branding, and Site content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our permission.

10. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful
• Try to access the Site or its systems without authorization
• Misrepresent who you are or your connection to First Jet
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without permission

11. Third-party services

The Site links to and relies on third-party services, including Card2Crypto and its payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, Robinhood and Coinbase) for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Brevo for our email list, and Discord for our community. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and we aren't responsible for them.

12. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, First Jet Airways Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
